STARTING A PROBATE PROCEEDING

To begin a probate proceeding using this firm, simply follow these steps:

Step One:       Return to our office the completed Confidential Probate Client Intake Form together with any of the required documents listed on the form; (DO NOT SEND ORIGINAL WILLS TO THIS OFFICE IN THE MAIL)    (DO NOT REMOVE STAPLES FROM ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS WHEN MAKING COPIES)

Step Two:     Once Ms. Pizzolato has reviewed the information on your completed form, our office will contact you to arrange for a meeting or telephone conference with Ms. Pizzolato to discuss what will be required to complete the probate proceeding. 

At this time, you will be presented with this firm’s retainer agreement, which agreement will outline the anticipated fees and costs required to complete the probate proceeding.

Step Three:    You deliver to our office your executed retainer agreement. 

Step Four:    This firm deals directly with the personal representative(s) of the estate to complete the proceeding as swiftly as possible allowing the decedent’s family to move forward from this difficult and painful experience.
